Diagnosis and Treatment for Elderly Patients with Syndrome of Splenic Flexure of Colon ( Report of 22 Cases)

老年人结肠脾曲综合征的诊治分析（附22例报告）

Three cases of metastatic tumors of spleen: 1 case with primary lesion of carcinoma of splenic flexure of colon was treated by splenectomy and left hemicolectomy with adjuvant chemotherapy who has lived 6 months;

3例脾转移性肿瘤：1例结肠脾曲癌肿侵入脾脏，行左半结肠切除、脾切除术，术后合并化疗，已存活6个月；

15 cases were colon type ( 34%), which 9 cases lain in Hepatic flexure of colon and 6 cases in splenic flexure of colon.

结&结型15例（34%），其中9例位于结肠肝曲，6例位于结肠脾曲；

61.9% ( 13/ 21) of the foci were located in the proximal colon to the splenic flexure.

61.9%（13/21）的癌灶位于脾曲近端的大肠。
